Townsquare Media Loses Western Mass. Translator Fight

The Chief of the Audio Division within the FCC's Media Bureau has denied a petition filed by Townsquare Media to renew the license of a 1-watt FM translator serving the Berkshires city of Pittsfield, Mass. However, the licensee has entered into a Consent Decree with the Commission in order to win it.
