A silent FM signal in southern Utah is back on the air with a new format and a pending sale. KCAY 100.7 FM, now branded Key 100, is the subject of an acquisition deal between SSR Communications and Media Advisors LLC, following FCC considerations into whether the station must relocate across the state line into Nevada.

Sinclair Television Group has exercised a long-standing purchase option to acquire KMEG in Sioux City, along with its associated translators in Nebraska and northern Iowa, from Waitt Broadcasting. The transaction formalizes a relationship that has been guided by a Shared Services Agreement between the two companies since 2005.

Red Apple Media has acquired WRCR-AM in Haverstraw, New York, in an all-cash sale, marking the latest move by owner John Catsimatidis to expand his company’s radio footprint in the New York metropolitan area. The full transaction terms were disclosed in a May 21 FCC filing.

Aiir Inc. CEO Ricki Lee and his wife are selling their interest in a licensee of radio stations they had partnered with another couple with. Their decision comes some seven years after the two non-U.S. citizens gained attention for engineering one of the first radio station deals to go beyond the 20% foreign ownership limit.

A Class D AM radio station licensed to Providence, R.I., and one of the two FM translators it has been using to serve the market with Spanish-language programming as "La Mega" are being sold.

It is known as the "Radio Voice of the Master," and has been broadcasting the Gospel Message since 1967 throughout Northeastern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Now, it is adding to its stable of non-secular stations focused on Christian Talk and Teaching programming.

A Class A FM radio station licensed to cover the U.S. Virgin Islands' territories of St. John and St. Thomas is being sold by Gordon Ackley, a longtime operator of broadcast properties in this English-speaking Caribbean commonwealth under FCC jurisdiction.

It's a 6kw Class A FM serving an area of Northeast Ohio between Mentor and Ashtabula, and airs a regional Oldies format that in the 4pm hour featured Detroit act 100 Proof (Aged in Soul) and the America track "Daisy Jane."  Soon, this unique Oldies station will be in the hands of a new owner.

"The Station Of The Cross" Catholic Media Network can be heard on a group of radio stations stretching from Northeast Ohio to the Bay State. However, a transaction has been agreed to that will see the sale of properties in Massachusetts to another non-secular broadcast group.

It's a city etched into the fabric of American history and today home to an AM radio station with an FM translator branded as "Happy 93.7." Soon, these facilities and a nearby Class A FM covering the Harrisburg and York, Pa., markets, will be woven into the expansive network of noncommercial Christian Contemporary stations under the K-LOVE banner.

Tom and Cheryl Hodgins saved it. Now, they're spinning it to a company that seeks to use it to bring Sports Talk programming to listeners in coastal Oregon. An asset purchase agreement with the details has been filed with the Commission for its regulatory approval.
