If one were to ask about the history of digital multicast television channels, they’d likely turn to Gary Cocola. In the San Joaquin Valley of California, Cocola pioneered the use of a single frequency’s ATSC capabilities to deliver a dozen unique over-the-air offerings to viewers.
Cocola has also dabbled in radio station ownership, and he’s decided to spin a Fresno-area FM translator.
