Holladay Family Gains New South Ownership Stakes

Until now, noted radio broadcaster Clay Holladay has been the 50% equity holder of New South Radio, the licensee of four FMs, two FM translators and an AM in Mississippi. With the FCC's approval, that equity interest will be reduced to 20%, with three other Holladay family members picking up shares in the company.
