A 1kw daytime-only AM radio station with an FM translator serving a small town in North Carolina is seeking the FCC's approval to give 100% ownership of the facilities to Glasgow Hicks III.

A Class D AM with a regional Mexican format serving Loveland and nearby Fort Collins, Colo., along with its corresponding FM translator, will soon be under a new ownership structure, paperwork filed for approval at the FCC shows.

Three weeks after winning a battle over an FM translator's rebroadcast of a station now owned by Townsquare Media, the station's owner has agreed to sell the facility to an Allentown, Pa., based entity.
