On June 5, Jeff Winemiller and his Lowcountry 34 Media signed off on an asset exchange that sees Edge Spectrum receive K21PI-D in Monterey, Calif. Now, Winemiller has another deal in place involving a LPTV property serving the bucolic Northern California city.

An entity led by Peter Harkness that's based in Sterling, Ill., has agreed to acquire a Class A FM serving the Sauk Valley of Illinois. The deal includes real estate, and the station's broadcast tower, in addition to the station's FCC licensee.

Winemiller Signs Off on LPTV Asset Exchange

Lowcountry 34 Media, the low-power TV station owner helmed by Jeff Winemiller, has agreed to trade a facility licensed to Monterey, Calif., to the licensee of LPTVs led by CEO Randall Weiss. In return, Winemiller is getting LPTVs in Vermont and Western Maryland.

Bustos Spins Two In Northern California To Religious Group

A 6kw FM serving the Redding, Calif., and a sibling FM translator covering Chico are being sold by Bustos Media. The buyer is a Hispanic evangelical non-profit, which will be shifting to a simulcast of a Sacramento AM with an FM simulcast and an AM sister in Oroville, Calif.
