They are the couple behind “Denver Digital Television LLC” and have long been associated with low-power television station ownership. Now, Penny and David Drucker are agreeing to acquire a property serving the Colorado mountain communities of Vail and Avon.
K36DB-CD in Avon and Vail, Colo., is being sold to Denver Digital Television LLC by Outside Waves LLC, with Chief Financial Officer Heather Dietrick signing off on the transaction.
With legal counsel Hendry Wendell of Cooley LLP representing the seller, a $90,000 price has been agreed to by the parties.
There is no broker or finder in this transaction, which will see the Druckers add to a collection of properties comprised of KPDD-LD in Evergreen, K35MZ-D in Las Animas, KTNP-LD in Colorado Springs, KQAF-LD in La Junta, K19LA-D in Rocky Ford, and K20MP-D in Lamar, Colo.; and KBLT-LD in Anchorage, Ak.
