The death of the licensee of an AM/FM radio combo and an FM translator licensed to Louisville, Ga., has led to a FCC filing seeking its OK to transfer control of the properties to a trustee.
The death of Ottis G. Stephens led David O’Connor at Wilkinson Barker Knauer to make a LMS filing that would allow WPEH-AM & FM and W278CO in Louisville to end up in the hands of Idornia Suzette Stephens, as executor.
The Commission’s OK would make Ottis Stephens’ widow the 100% owner of Peach Broadcasting Co. Inc.
Ottis “Ott” Grady Stephens died on November 25, 2024 at the age of 83.
