An AM/FM combo in an Arkansas city, along with two FM translators, are being transferred by a trust linked to King-Sullivan Radio to an entity that will give Sid R. King and his family full ownership of the properties.
Paperwork was signed at the end of 2024 and submitted on Wednesday to the FCC for its approval by King-Sullivan’s attorney of record, Seth Williams of Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth.
It transfers the 49% interest in King-Sullivan from the Deanna J. Sullivan Living Trust to King & Co. Radio Inc.
The remaining 51% interest in King-Sullivan is held by Mr. King, giving the family full control of Classic Hits KGFL-AM 1110 and K234BV “The Trip” in Clinton, Ark.; Class C3 Country KHPQ-FM 92.1 in Clinton; and Guy, Ark.-based KGFL simulcast partner K247CQ.
Total consideration is $160,000, payable by Cashier’s Check.
