Bible Broadcasting Network has received the FCC’s permission to obtain a Paris, Tex., FM translator it agreed in November to purchase.
Now, closing is expected to transpire without a hitch.
K217CP in the Texas city named for the famed city in France is being purchased by Community Broadcasting Inc.
A $10,000 purchase price was agreed to, with full payment due at closing, following a $2,000 deposit that is being held in escrow by attorney Gary Smithwick.
The deal sees the translator become the property of a Bott Radio Network subsidiary.
