Cumulus Media has a new Operations Manager for its radio stations in Mobile. It's a 26-year radio industry veteran who started his career in nights at WFLZ-FM in Tampa and has most recently served as Director of Operations for Southern Broadcasting in Florence-Muscle Shoals, Ala.

It's a new service from iHeartMedia that 'simplifies audio advertising," the nation's No. 1 creator and distributor of audio content says. Serving as its Executive VP is a woman who most recently served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Stitcher, the podcast entity within Sirius XM.

He's being called "an established leader for newsgathering organizations in the U.S. and Mexico" by his new employer. That would be Burbank, Calif.-headquartered Hispanic multimedia company Estrella Media, which has appointed this individual as its new SVP of News.

Starting today, there's a new individual charged with oversight of the Nexstar Media Group digital division’s go-to-market strategy and, among other things, all revenue-driving ad sales marketing initiatives in support of the advertising sales business. He'll be based in Los Angeles and reports to Lori Tavoularis, Chief Revenue Officer at Nexstar Digital.

He's a 10-year veteran of Salem Media Group, focused on expanding the Christian-themed broadcasting and publishing company's presence in the mobile computing space. Now, this longtime company executive is the VP of Operations and Business Development at Salem Web Network.

Sirius XM is growing its Brand and Consumer Marketing team. And, the on-demand audio and satellite radio company says, it is fulfilling a D.E.I. pledge by bringing in marketing executives "with diverse backgrounds and experience."
