Lazer Zeroes In On Zeno For Digital Streaming, AdTech Needs

NEW YORK — Radio streaming and advertising technology provider Zeno Media has inked a deal with one of the largest operators of Spanish-language radio stations in California, an arrangement that brings enhanced revenue opportunities through an online audio boost.

The deal means Lazer Media will power its live and archived content access
available through Zeno Media’s Zeno.FM, Zenoradio, and a soon-to-be-launched
Lazer mobile app.

Additionally, radio station owner Lazer Media will use Zeno Media’s innovative ad insertion technology to optimize advertising placement and monetization strategies on its streams.

Morris Berger, CEO of Zeno Media, comments, “Our mission has always been to promote multicultural audio through our platforms and Lazer is an important piece of that landscape. Together, we will unlock new opportunities for audience engagement and revenue generation, in the U.S. and worldwide, strengthening the reach and impact of Hispanic media.”

Lazer Media owner Alfredo Plascencia adds, “For more than 30 years we have had an unwavering commitment to serve our community. Now we can introduce our formats to new markets throughout the West Coast and beyond, entertaining our listeners, and deliver the best potential Hispanic consumer while engaging with the community.”

In related news, Zeno Media and Maxsip Telecom are teaming up to introduce a new private label mobile app featuring “exclusive audio content.”

This sees Zeno Media embed its proprietary owned and operated audio content into MaxSIP devices, enabling users to access the content directly from their tablets and phones.

“We are excited to partner with MaxSIP to launch this groundbreaking mobile app,” Berger said. “By integrating our streaming technology with MaxSIP’s mobile platform, we will offer users a unique and engaging audio experience tailored to their preferences. This collaboration underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality audio content to relevant audiences across the US.”
