ARLINGTON, TEX. — When it came time for Major League Baseball’s biggest stars to shine during all-star week in Texas, CP Communications ensured the best audio, video and fiberoptic technology was in place for each telecast associated with the annual event.
CP was on hand for the 2024 Home Run Derby, All-Star Game, and MLB Draft.
Powering CP across All-Star Week, held at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Tex., home of the 2023 World Champion Texas Rangers, were:
- HD-21: 53′ Expando RF Production truck
- 13 Wireless Video systems, including 2 RF Movis, 2 RF Steadis, 1 RF Drone, and a Sony A1 rig all with full control
- Stadium-wide RFPL coverage using a combination of Bolero intercom and Pliant Crewcom systems
- A full RF Audio compliment for each broadcast studio show
- RF Coordination team that worked tirelessly throughout the week to help ensure a smooth RF environment
A crew of 30 technicians were on hand to support the event for CP.
