On August 9, Cumulus Media sued two former air personalities at its Dallas Sports Talk station in a U.S. District Court, asserting that Dan McDowell and Jake Kemp broke their noncompete agreement and thus breached their contract. On Tuesday, "The Hang Zone" hosts reached a settlement with Cumulus, resolving their differences.
