Today, an AM using FM translators to reach listeners across the region has brought back the "Fox" branding to the market.  So, what Atlanta FM that was branded "The Fox" across the 2010s is being sold? Look to Michigan for answers.

It's presently dark but licensed to broadcast at 90.9 MHz with 950 watts of power, serving tiny Wheatfield, Ind., to the southeast of Gary. Soon, this religious non-comm will be resurrected under new ownership, pending regulatory approval.

Michael Dagen is awaiting regulatory approval for his purchase of a low-power television station from a group led by President Ana Guel. With the FCC's OK, this gives Dagen control of a property licensed to a small municipality along Interstate 8 just east of Yuma, Ariz.

Gary Cocola, widely known as a digital multicast pioneer in the TV world, is investing in a FM translator near Fresno. All signs point to the addition of a third FM signal for his company's "KKDJ Radio" operation.

It has a Class B1 signal covering Mendocino County and it presently is a part of the Family Radio Christian network. Soon, that could change, as this station will no longer be part of the family, pending FCC approval.

Pending FCC approval, a swap will give a broadcast ministry ownership of a digital low-power TV station in Seattle, while a secular operator will receive another LPTV property serving New Mexico's largest market in return.

On Tuesday, RBR+TVBR was first to report on the sale of two FM translators to Townsquare Media. Now, the seller behind that deal in Sedalia, Mo., has engineered a transaction that will see it obtain a dark 1.25kw FM serving areas due east of Joplin, Mo.

It is known as a "local first" company that is swiftly growing its profits from its digital advertising enterprises. That said, Townsquare Media remains rooted in radio, which could explain why it is agreeing to acquire a pair of FM translators in the Show-Me State.

Paperwork has been submitted with the FCC that seeks regulatory approval for a transaction in which a FM radio station licensed to Rockdale, Tex., will be transferred to the Cowboy Broadcasting Network from its current licensee.
