A Class C3 FM radio station offering the “Young Guns and Legends” of Country across most of its broadcast week (and Alfred Vrazel’s Polka Show on Sundays, among other specialty shows) is about to get a new owner.
That would be Gary Moss.
An asset purchase agreement filed over the weekend with the FCC for its regulatory OK shows KMIL-FM in Cameron, Tex., sandwiched between Temple and Bryan, Tex., is being sold by CenTex Broadcasting.
Signing off on the transaction for the sellers are Joseph Smitherman and partner Milam Broadcasting Co.
A $330,000 purchase price has been agreed to by the parties; Moss has led KMIL, “The Shooter,” since January 11 under a Time Brokerage Agreement.
There is no broker or finder associated with this transaction.
