The flagship NBCUniversal Telemundo Station Group broadcast TV station, serving Spanish-speaking audiences across South Florida, has a new VP of News and Content. She rises from Director of Multiplatform Content and Streaming for this station and its NBC O&O sibling.

The individual who last Thursday informed all of the station's employees that the longtime ABC affiliation will be disappearing come early August has been selected as one of four inductees into the Florida Broadcasters Hall of Fame for 2025.
