Jeff Winemiller and his Lowcountry 34 Media has agreed to part ways with a low-powered television station serving a small town on the Vermont side of the Connecticut River, just south of Lebanon, N.H.
The entity poised to gain control of the LPTV property is getting notice for its pioneering work with 5GTV in Boston.
