A construction permit for a future radio station on Florida’s Panhandle is being transferred to Fort Walton Beach Radio LLC, a FCC filing made Friday shows.
The transferee should have no problem getting Commission approval for the deal that Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth attorney Francisco Montero is handling as legal counsel. That’s because the transferor and recipient are one and the same.
There is no written agreement for the assignment of the forthcoming broadcast facility, which is being handed to Fort Walton Beach Radio by individual Eugene Cella.
That’s because Cella is the owner of Fort Walton Beach Radio.
The filing is required as Cella has formed an LLC, and this requires a regulatory OK.
Handling Cella’s paperwork submitted to the Commission is Frank Montero of Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth.
Cella is based in the Suffolk County, N.Y., community of Manorville.
