The Univision Network announced title sponsors of its 6th annual “Premios Juventud” Youth Awards program, honoring recording artists, movie stars, sports figures, and fashion and pop culture icons who are popular with this country’s Hispanic youth. Coca-Cola, Chevy, JCPenney, McDonald’s, Orbit, State Farm and T-Mobile will be prominently featured throughout the program.
“Premios Juventud” aired live from Miami’s BankUnited Center 7/16 at 8p.m. ET. Preceding the awards show telecast, Univision presented exclusive coverage of celebrity arrivals direct from the “Premios Juventud” carpet starting at 7pm.

Returning sponsor JCPenney is the underwriter of three scholarships for youth programs in academics, the arts and sports. Winners were announced during the broadcast and, in addition to the $45,000 scholarship prize, the three recipients will also undergo a unique back-to-school style makeover at JCPenney featuring the latest in Juniors and Young Men’s lifestyle brands. The winners will also be special guests on Univision’s “Despierta América” (Wake-Up America) the next morning to discuss their stories and unforgettable experience. In addition, In addition, Chevy, McDonald’s, Orbit and T-Mobile were also prominently featured throughout the show.
