Three AM radio stations and an FM translator associated with one of those properties, used for the BIN: Black Information Network launched in 2020, are now officially owned by iHeartMedia.

A Notification of Consummation was posted Monday by the FCC on its LMS.

The stations as of today are now licensed to “IHM Licenses LLC” of Tulsa — one of several iHeartMedia subsidiaries it uses.

Handling the filing for iHeart: Gregory Masters at Wiley.

Consummation came on Dec. 31, giving iHeart full ownership of the following stations:

  • WWRL-AM 1600 in New York and unbuilt FM translator W280GA at 103.9 in Edison, N.J. This transaction is valued at $8.5 million, minus the product of $60,000 multiplied by the number of months the term of an LMA is in effect prior to closing.
  • WZAB-AM 880 in Sweetwater, Fla., serving Miami-Fort Lauderdale. To obtain the station, Immaculate Heart Media’s Relevant Radio swapped WZAB in exchange of KKDD-AM 1290 in San Bernardino, Calif., a Class B with 5kw from 3 towers; W292DH at 106.3 MHz in Pittsburgh; and $1 million cash.
  • WUST-AM 1120 in Washington, D.C. Seller Potomac Radio Group is earning $1.2 million from the sale of the facility.

The deals filled important DMA holes presented to iHeart at the time of the BIN launch.
