Introducing what is being touted as the world’s “only AI-powered weather service for Radio,” with fully automated production. It comes courtesy of a Los Angeles-based company powering up digital music services and experiences fueled by artificial intelligence for radio broadcasters.

Now available from Super Hi-Fi is Weathercaster, which the company believes can “significantly enhance the way radio stations generate localized real-time weather reports, providing highly accurate, timely information while completely automating the content creation and audio production processes.”

What’s the key selling point of Weathercaster? Super Hi-Fi shares that its users can benefit from fully-produced weather segments.

In a release replete with marketing language, Super Hi-Fi says Weathercaster boasts “incredibly realistic synthetic voiceovers; integrated sponsorships; format-specific music beds; custom station IDs; and artful production.”

Company co-founder and CEO Zack Zalon believes Weathercaster “combines accuracy and reliability, premium production quality, and an opportunity for stations to sell more premium sponsorships each day.”

Weathercaster integrates with radio station traffic systems, offering a way to improve monetization through custom, trackable sponsorship reads. These, Super Hi-Fi notes,  help radio stations to sell more premium ad spots every day with minimal effort.

For clients, there is a cost. Weathercaster offers three subscription tiers – Basic, Premium, and Enterprise – providing varying levels of customization to meet the unique needs of each station. Pricing starts at $199 per month.
