Light of Life Ministries is selling an FM translator.
W272BV is licensed to Yarmouth, Maine, which is about 200 miles north of Portland.
The buyer is Atlantic Coast Radio, which intends to use the translator to re-broadcast WJJB-FM, Gray, Maine.
The price is $150,000. The buyer was to make a $10,000 down payment and pay the $140,000 balance at closing.
The parties agree closing may be delayed until the license to cover application has been filed with the FCC, giving Atlantic Coast 60 dBu contour coverage within most of the Portland city limits.
