July 1 will bring "significant upgrades" to the coverage of a Sinclair Broadcast Group digital multicast network in the nation's No. 1 DMA — especially in Manhattan. The news comes just days after a Sinclair-owned broadcast TV station confirmed it will broadcast all Utah Jazz games not airing on a national broadcast or cable TV network.
