Bonneville Wants Federal Court To Dismiss Grant Napear’s Bias Suit

He was fired at the height of the George Floyd murder unrest, in June 2020, after he tweeted "All Lives Matter" and bringing unwanted attention to both himself and to its KHTK-AM in Sacramento. In response, Grant Napear in October 2021 filed a wrongful termination suit, which a federal judge tossed in April 2023. Now, he's amended the suit, and KHTK owner Bonneville wants it squashed.
