On September 11, RBR+TVBR shared the news that Tideline Partners broker Greg Guy was overseeing an auction that would deliver a noncommercial FM serving the Salt Lake City market to the winning bidder. We now know who the future owner of the Class C2 facility will be, and the deal was struck traditionally — the auction was cancelled.

There's no one place quite like Sedona, Ariz., a bustling town to the northwest of greater Phoenix that's a hub for hikers, hot-air balloon enthusiasts and even wine connoisseurs, thanks to a viticultural region near Cottonwood.  It is here than an AM radio station with an FM translator is trading hands.

It's presently silent, and has a PSIP of Channel 16. Soon, this low-power television station will be in the hands of a religious broadcasting ministry, thanks to a transaction that's just been filed with the FCC for regulatory approval.

On August 7, 2020, legendary Oklahoma broadcaster J. Douglas Williams passed away. His daughter, who has held roles as SVP/Membership for the RAB and is a Radio & Records back-office alumnus, assumed the role of President of Williams' Omni Communications. Now, she's decided to sell two FMs tied to the Oklahoma operation.

On July 1, RBR+TVBR first report that the radio ownership group led by Roger Bouldin had agreed to purchase a Class A FM radio station in Virginia’s Appalachia region. Bouldin has now completed his purchase of the property. 

On May 15, RBR+TVBR reported on the sale of a Class A FM in State College, Pa., by Covenant Communications, led by 7 Mountains Media COO Jim Loftus.  Now, Loftus is saying goodbye to another FM located in the city, engaging in a facilities swap with the second-largest licensee of FM radio stations in the U.S. 

An "Independent Music Radio" noncomm heard in multiple Virginia markets is adding a Staunton AM/FM combo to its station roster. It's thanks to a transaction brokered by Andrew Guest.

Control of the Bath, Maine-based "The Memories Stations," owned by the late Bob Bittner, has passed from Blue Jey Broadcasting Co. into new hands as his estate is settled. With no will in place, the Sagahadoc County, Maine Probate Court has recently appointed a personal representative.

He presently owns some 29 radio stations across Arkansas under a series of different licensee names, which operate under the East Arkansas Broadcasters name. Now, Bobby Caldwell has signed off on a transaction that will yield him six additional stations.

From mid-2007 through April 2021, it was KABQ-FM, and licensed to the Aloha Station Trust. The trust in 2021 donated this FM to a non-secular broadcaster led by Nancy Epperson. Now, she's signed off on its sale.
