Control of the Bath, Maine-based "The Memories Stations," owned by the late Bob Bittner, has passed from Blue Jey Broadcasting Co. into new hands as his estate is settled. With no will in place, the Sagahadoc County, Maine Probate Court has recently appointed a personal representative.
Arkansas Licensee Caldwell To Add Six Stations
He presently owns some 29 radio stations across Arkansas under a series of different licensee names, which operate under the East Arkansas Broadcasters name. Now, Bobby Caldwell has signed off on a transaction that will yield him six additional stations.

A Relevant Transaction In The Hoosier State
A pair of FM radio stations, one serving Fort Wayne and the other reaching South Bend and Elkhart, are being sold. The Fort Wayne FM was once owned by Art Angotti, and later by Russ Oasis and, after that, Adams Radio Group. The Elkhart FM was previously a Federated Media station. Pending FCC approval, an entity committed to "bringing Christ to the world through media" will become the new owner of the FMs.
