In December 2007, a licensee led by John Low acquired an AM radio station licensed to Wickenburg, Ariz., from Richard and Joann Peterson for $500,000. Today, that facility is based in Apache Junction, and boasts an FM translator in Payson, Ariz. In July, Low agreed to sell the facilities. The deal has just closed.
Baltimore-Based Businessman Buys Wasatch Front FM

However, it holds a Construction Permit allowing it to upgrade to a Class C2 facility, expanding its signal contour north to Provo and south to Delta and Gunnison. That's likely what led a former Provo resident who now resides in Baltimore to buy the FM.
