Travel to Sullivan County, N.Y., known across the world as the hub of the former “Borscht Belt” and as the home to the site of the original Woodstock Music & Arts Festival, and you’ll come across the village of Liberty. Here, on Main Street, a newly renovated historic theater has been reopened as a state-of-the art audio and video podcast and recording studio tied to four local broadcast radio stations owned by Vince Benedetto’s Bold Gold Media Group.
The former Liberty Theater is now Bold Gold Studios, and it also serves as the studio home for WVOS-FM, WSUL-FM, WDNB-FM “Thunder 102,” and his “Catskills News Talk” brand.
Bold Gold Studios will also be available for lease opportunities and offers new professional audio and video recording gear, along with experts to aid in the recording, production and marketing of podcast or A/V productions.
An official grand opening celebration is scheduled for April 19.
