An asset purchase agreement has been filed for FCC approval that sees Relevant Radio, the Wisconsin non-secular broadcaster, agree to acquire three FMs and two FM translators located in the state of Indiana.

The properties are being spun by Inter Mirifica, and are as follows:

A $100,000 purchase price has been agreed to, with a $5,000 deposit being placed into escrow. The remainder is to be paid in cash at closing.

Inter Mirfica is the parent of Catholic Radio Indy. It purchased WSOM, formerly WFCI, in August 2022 in a deal with Franklin College.

Serving as the buyer’s legal counsel is Mark Denbo of Smithwick & Belendiuk.
