A Class B AM radio station serving an area of Virginia south of Roanoke is being sold alongside its MHz-band 250-watt companion.
Eric and Jule Turner have signed off on the acquisition of WYTI-AM and FM translator companion W283CQ in Rocky Mount, Va.
The seller is WYTI Inc., headed by Susan J. Mullins.
With Noah Hock of Brooks Pierce serving as the buyer’s legal counsel, the Turner’s Turner Media Group is entering into an LMA ahead of its purchase.
As of 2:30pm Eastern, the FCC’s LMS was inaccessible for unknown reasons. As such, further details regarding the purchase price were not available as of RBR+TVBR‘s deadlines on June 10.
