Eric and Jule Turner have signed off on the acquisition of WYTI-AM and FM translator companion W283CQ in Rocky Mount, Va.
The seller is WYTI Inc., headed by Susan J. Mullins.
With Noah Hock of Brooks Pierce serving as the buyer’s legal counsel, the Turner’s Turner Media Group is entering into an LMA ahead of its purchase.
