In May 2026, Connoisseur Media had agreed to part ways with a group of radio stations in Millbank and Watertown, S.D., respectively, by approving a deal to sell them to Riverfront Broadcasting. Then came another transaction involving the company founded and led by Jeff Warshaw and the Yankton, S.D.-based licensee led by Carolyn Becker.
Now, details of that second deal, which saves the stations from extinction, have become public knowledge.
