Four radio brands serving the city that is home to Western Kentucky University are being transferred from the company controlled by Kerby Confer to the licensee that is run by his daughter, Kristin Cantrell.
The deal, filed late Friday with the FCC for its regulatory OK, also includes an LMA agreement with two AMs and their respective FM translators.
