Zeam Media Chooses A Known Person As CMO

Zeam Media, the company that is the parent to the local news-fueled OTT platform formerly known as VUit, is welcoming a Chief Marketing Officer.


She arrives from marketing firm Known, where she served as VP of Client Experience.

Now at Zeam, funded in part by Gray Television, Morgan Murphy Media and the NAB, is Sandie Trombert. 

Trombert is a senior member of the team that built out Zeam’s launch campaign, which featured a pricy Super Bowl LVIII commercial featuring pitchman John Stamos.

The spot is linked to the rebranding of Syncbak to Zeam Media, to better align with the change to Zeam of the VUit app.

Trombert will report to Jack Perry, CEO of Zeam Media. She will oversee all facets of marketing for Zeam Media and streaming platform Zeam, including growth, brand, content and innovation.

Some 300 broadcast TV stations and 30 local TV ownership groups have committed to having their local content appear via Zeam.
