On May 1, a Williamsburg, Va.-headquartered company that publishes online newspapers powered by its radio stations agreed to purchase six FM radio stations and an FM translator in a deal agreed upon by the the Chapter 7 trustee overseeing JAM Media Solutions’ debtor-in-possession resolution process.
That Time Brokerage Agreement was tied to an outright purchase. Now, RBR+TVBR has confirmed that the deal is dead.
