In early June, Jeff Winemiller through his Lowcountry 34 Media moved ahead with the proposed sale of five low-power TV stations, including a Jasper, Fla., facility, to a group headed by Merritt Island, Fla., based Michael Dagen.
Now, Dagen has signed off on another Jasper LPTV station, as well as an Arizona property.
Dagen-led Quad Marketing Group is acquiring from Winemiller K04SE-D in Parker, Ariz., and W23FJ-D in Jasper, Fla.
A $300,000 purchase price has been agreed to, and a $15,000 deposit has been made by Dagen.
There is no broker or finder in this transaction, which sees Davina Sashkin of Wilkinson Barker Knauer serve as Winemiller’s legal counsel.
Quad is represented by Mark Denbo of Smithwick & Belendiuk.
This deal follows the $633,611 agreement signed between Quad and Lowcountry 34 for six other LPTV properties.
