The licensee for a noncommercial religious FM serving Pittsburg, Tex., has entered into a Consent Decree with the Audio Division of the FCC’s Media Bureau. It’s a move that resolves a “OPIF” problem that needed resolution in order for the FM’s license renewal to gain approval.
