A pair of radio stations licensed to a rural Idaho community north of Boise is about to get a new owner, pending FCC approval.
Who’s agreed to purchase “Star 95.5” and its “Superstar Country” sibling?
The McCall, Idaho, radio stations with the KUJJ-FM and KDZY-FM call letters are being sold by Inspirational Family Radio to Nelly Broadcasting Idaho, led by Jim Nelly.
He’s known for his ownership of KZBG-FM “Big Country 97.7” in Lapwai, Idaho, serving Lewiston, some 140 miles to the north.
A $200,000 purchase price has been agreed to by the parties, with a $10,000 deposit accompanied by a second $10,000 payment at closing.
The remaining $180,000 will be honored with a Promissory Note and an established payment schedule.
