On April 21, it became known that Adam Wax had been selected as the new Chief of Staff to Republican FCC Commissioner Nathan Simington. Just 10 days later, Wax and Simington teamed up to pen an opinion piece for a little-known online news organization in which they clearly and emphatically support the FCC’s investigations into CBS over alleged “news distortion” while advocating for a major overhaul of “reverse compensation.”
