Soon, this unique Oldies station will be in the hands of a new owner.

The buyer is Music Express Broadcasting Corp., and a $750,000 purchase price has been agreed to. A $50,000 escrow deposit has been made.

Media One is led by James Embrescia, while Warren Jones is behind the buyer’s group. Jones’ Music Express is the owner of WKKY-FM 104.7 in Geneva, Ohio, a Country station that serves the same listening area. As such, Music Express is doubling up in this suburban Cleveland area.
