The Audio Division of the FCC’s Media Bureau received four mutually exclusive applications for construction permits for new noncommercial education FM stations in Texas, and they were designated as “NCE MX Group 200.”
A tentative selectee was chosen. Then came a Petition to Deny from one of the applicants who wasn’t chosen by the Commission.
Al Shuldiner, the Audio Division Chief, reviewed the petition, and subsequently denied it.
