FRESNO — The June Lightning Complex Fire is today 100% contained. However, the damage left in its wake in an area above Kings Canyon Road to the east of this San Joaquin Valley metropolis was severe for Valley PBS.
Returning to regular broadcasting with its own equipment could take months. However, a commercial licensee known as a diginet pioneer has assisted by allowing the noncommercial education service to use its transmitter to resume broadcasting.
