TVU Networks, known for its cloud-based and hybrid media workflow offerings serving those in live production and distribution, is pleased with the results from teaming up with broadcast and media services provider MediaLuso to deploy the “TVU Remote Commentator” at the 2023 Pan American Games and Parapan American Games in Santiago, Chile.
TVU Remote Commentator enabled MediaLuso to successfully host 50 commentators over a two-week period to cover the just-concluded Pan American Games medal events live, eliminating the need for commentators to be physically on-site for the first time.
Remote Commentator was able to support commentary for multiple simultaneous events.
