WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Copyright Royalty Judges on Wednesday (1/18) announced the receipt of a notice of intent to audit the 2019, 2020 and 2021 statements of account submitted by the second-largest licensee of FM radio stations in the U.S.
Concurrently, the judges confirmed that SoundExchange wants to audit statements of account for those three years for Cox Media Group and Bonneville International, and for the Canadian company with 24/7 commercial free streams on such U.S. MVPDs as Hotwire that owns such top radio stations as CHBM-FM “Boom 97.3” in Toronto.
