A Class D AM radio station with an FM translator and its Class C3 FM, each licensed to a city sandwiched between Muscle Shoals and Florence, Ala., on the banks of the Tennessee River, are being sold.
Who’s the buyer of this Gospel-formatted FM and unique Adult Standards-focused AM station?
The answer is Tiffany and Charles Bradford, who will each hold 50% of the ownership in WBTG-AM & FM in Sheffield, Ala., and FM translator W290CZ in Florence, Ala.
The Bradfords are acquiring the shares in the stations from Slatton & Associates, a 50/50 partnership between Ian Noelle Slatton and Victor Slatton.
To make the deal happen, a $500,000 payment is being made to the Slattons by the Bradfords.
