With the release of its Q4 2025 fiscal results in late February, Sinclair Inc. indicated that it is entering 2026 “with resilient distribution revenue, an expected record mid-term political cycle, and a compelling live sports calendar, which will help drive meaningful cash flow generation and long-term value creation for our stakeholders.”

There was no Q1 2026 guidance, but all will become known to investors and Wall Street watchdogs by the end of the month.

Sinclair will report its first quarter 2026 earnings results after the Closing Bell on Wall Street on Thursday, April 30, giving interested parties a little under 30 minutes to digest the data ahead of a 4:30pm Eastern earnings call with key company leaders including CFO Narinder Sarai and CEO Chris Ripley.

Can Sinclair make it four consecutive quarters with a Street Beat? That’s what shareholders are betting on, with five analysts polled by Yahoo! Finance offering revenue estimates. This puts the consensus number at $791.21 million, up from $776 million in Q1 2025.

At the same time, two analysts chimed in with earnings per share predictions, setting the EPS estimate at -$0.71. As such, Sinclair’s loss is anticipated to shrink from the -$1.25 loss per share seen last year.
