She’s held roles at Katz Media Group, the former Interep, and at Clear Channel Radio. Most recently she was at Gen Media Partners, serving as its Regional Sales Manager serving the Northeast.

Meet the new VP of Network Sales at the fast-growing Nueva Network, founded and led by CEO José Villafañe.

Earning the role is Grace Agostino, who Nueva Network singled out for her passion for the radio industry. “Her enthusiasm and dedication have inspired colleagues and friends, earning her a reputation as a mentor and nurturer,” the company said.

Villafañe commented, “Grace’s extensive experience, proven track record, and strong industry relationships make her an invaluable addition to our organization. We are confident that her expertise and forward-thinking approach will drive our network’s success and further strengthen our position in the industry.”

At Nueva Network, Agostino will oversee the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives, leveraging her deep industry knowledge to drive growth and foster relationships with clients and partners. She will be based in New York and report to SVP of Network Sales José Mateo.

Agostino spent nearly 7 years at Gen Media Partners, and began her career in radio sales in 1996 as a Junior Research Analyst at Katz Media Group. In 1999, she departed for a role at iHeart predecessor Clear Channel, serving as a National Sales Coordinator through November 2001, when post 9/11 economic challenges contributed to her departure.

In February 2002, Agostino landed at Interep, where she spent 7 years in ad sales. In December 2008, she returned to Katz, serving as a senior ad executive through June 2013.

Agostino then worked briefly as a media marketing specialist for Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) before handling lead generation and booth sales for The Casa Latina Home Expo.
