Narinder Sahai will be delivering a Fireside Chat on Tuesday, March 3 at the J.P. Morgan Global Leveraged Finance Conference. The appearance, which will be live streamed, begins at Noon Pacific/3pm Eastern.

Then, on March 9, Sahai will be joined by Sinclair CEO Chris Ripley at the Deutsche Bank 34th Annual Media, Internet and Telecom Conference. This chat will commence at 10:30am Pacific/1:30pm Eastern, and is also to be webcast. A link can be found in the “Events and Presentations” section of the Investor Relations website at sbgi.net.

Sinclair executives will also be participating in investor meetings at both conferences; institutional investors may contact their respective J.P. Morgan or Deutsche Bank sales representatives to register for the conferences and to meet with Sinclair management.

Sinclair shares declined sharply in Tuesday morning trading on the Nasdaq GlobalSelect market, dipping by 2.1% after an Opening Bell push above the $15 mark. “SBGI” is off by 2% year-over-year, and has remained remarkably stable since May 2023.

In addition to its over-the-air TV stations and digital multicast networks, Sinclair is also the parent of transmitter manufacturer Dielectric, headquartered in Raymond, Me.
