It’s a Nashville-headquartered operation known for its five digital multicast networks led by CEO and co-President Joel Wertman and Co-President and COO Otto Padrón, and it is in the midst of what it calls “a transformative period,” as it aggressively expands its physical and digital footprint.
This sees a woman who earned a promotion in July 2025 take the lead in the development of one of its networks’ new studios in the Marathon Village area of Music City USA.
These new studios will serve as a production hub for forthcoming original series that will air on GAIM’s The Heartland Network.
“This expansion provides the essential infrastructure to support the network’s traditional broadcast growth while ensuring a stable operational environment to house and support the rollout of the upcoming Heartland+ app,” Get After It Media shared in a Tuesday announcement.

At the steering wheel is Emily Cline Bronze, who became Sr. VP/General Manager last summer, rising from Vice President of Corporate Affairs — a post she had held since October 2014. Before that, she spent 4 1/2 years at predecessor company Luken Communications, largely in support roles. From September 2001-January 2004, she was a National Sales Coordinator for WDEF-12 in Chattanooga, Tenn.
Today, Bronze serves as GAIM’s “human API” — seeing her integrate “complex operations and bridging the gap between creative vision and operational experience.” She is also the producer of such original productions as “The Chuck Wicks Show,” “Heartland Backstage,” and the forthcoming competition series, “Barbecue Country.” Bronze was instrumental in the launch of The Heartland Network and the production of its first original series, “More Than the Music,”
For Get After It Media, investing in a space just south of Fisk University that 15 years ago wasn’t exactly safe and is today a hipster haven gives GAIM a differentiation point from other diginet purveyors. GAIM’s other channels include Retro TV, The Family Channel, The Action Channel, and Rev’n.
The original productions could portend free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channel development in the coming months.
“As one of the longest-serving members of this team, I have had the unique privilege of watching Get After It Media evolve from its roots into the powerhouse it is today,” says Bronze. “I am deeply honored to step into this new role during such a transformative chapter, and I am thrilled to continue working under the leadership of Joel Wertman and Otto Padron as we continue to push boundaries and grow our footprint in the industry.”
Bronze’s career unofficially began at age 6, with an on-camera debut as an extra in the television movie A Winner Never Quits.
