Radioactive LLC CEO Randy Michaels says several aspects of the FCC’s recently released AM revitalization order hurt the band. In part one of this series last week, he wrote that those who wrote the order had good intentions, however making it easier for AM owners to obtain translators doesn’t really help the band.
