FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai says things have gone awry in the Enforcement Bureau. The bureau seems more interested in generating headlines than in enforcing regulations and is plagued by the wrong priorities and lack of accountability.
So said Pai to a meeting of communications lawyers recently.
